TRUCCO PER IL VISO OVALE, LA FORMA PERFETTA - OVAL FACE MAKE UP

In quante di noi sono a conoscenza del fatto che per valorizzare al meglio il nostro viso e di conseguenza la nostra immagine è di fondamentale importanza riconoscere la forma del nostro viso?

Per poter correggere i difetti od evidenziare alcune caratteristiche, dobbiamo studiare attentamente il nostro viso per comprendere di che tipo sia....sapere se abbiamo un viso ovale, rotondo, a diamante, allungato, quadrato, a cuore oppure triangolare ci aiuterà tantissimo per scegliere il tipo di trucco più adatto alla nostra forma.

Partiamo parlando del viso ovale, in assoluto il viso più armonioso per quanto riguarda i lineamenti.

How many of us are aware of the fact that to enhance our face and, consequently, our image is very important to recognize the shape of our face? 

In order to correct flaws or highlight certain features, we carefully study our face to understand what type it is .... know if we have an oval face, round, diamond, elongated, square, triangular or heart will help us a lot to choose the type of makeup more suited to our form.

VISO OVALE:

Il viso ovale è stato definito come il viso dalla forma più armoniosa e proporzionata rispetto a tutte le altre, in molti ritengono che sia la forma perfetta.

A cosa serve quindi il trucco per un viso che in teoria rappresenta di per sé la perfezione?

Semplicissimo: il trucco del viso ovale non deve tanto correggere i difetti del volto, ma deve enfatizzarne le qualità al fine di focalizzare l'attenzione sulla bellezza naturale di questa tipologia di viso.

OVAL FACE:

Ricordatevi sempre di illuminare la parte centrale della fronte, la zona sotto gli occhi e quella sotto il mento.

MAKE UP DEL VISO:

La corretta applicazione e stesura del fondotinta è molto importante per avere un buon trucco.

Per chi ha la fortuna di avere un viso ovale, si consiglia di utilizzare un fondotinta in due tonalità differenti, una più chiara l'altra leggermente più scura, ma sempre molto simili al colore dell'incarnato.

Questa scelta è da preferire in quanto con il colore scuro si effettua un leggero contouring del viso dando un effetto più naturale rispetto all'utilizzo della terra abbronzante e con il colore chiaro si vanno a coprire le altre parti del viso, prestando attenzione a sfumare bene i colori.

Per quanto riguarda la cipria bisognerebbe seguire lo stesso metodo utilizzato per il fondotinta, per cui una cipria chiara sul viso e quella più scura per delineare il contorno.

Il blush andrebbe applicato sopra le guance, in modo da scolpire gli zigomi che non sono molto evidenti su questo viso.

FACE MAKE UP: 

The correct application and drafting of the foundation is very important to have a good trick. 

For those lucky to have an oval face, we reccomend to use a foundation in two different shades, a lighter and the other slightly darker, but still very similar to the skin color.

This option is preferred because with the dark color will make a slight face contouring giving a more natural effect than the use of bronzer and with the light color is going to cover other parts of the face, taking care to blend well colors.

MAKE UP DEGLI OCCHI:

Per quanto riguarda il make up degli occhi, non ci sono molti divieti, se non quello di realizzare un trucco che non vada a modificare la naturale armonia di questo viso perfetto.

Quindi sarebbe da evitare la matita nera sulla rima inferiore dell'occhio, che cambierebbe lo sguardo.

Gli smokey eyes possono essere tranquillamente realizzati, cercando di non esagerare troppo con l'intensità del nero e soprattutto portando l'ombretto verso l'esterno invece di insistere sulla palpebra inferiore. Il marrone ed il grigio sono da preferire.

Il make up sobrio e naturale resta il top per valorizzare questo viso.

EYE MAKE UP:

MAKE UP DELLE LABBRA:

A voi la scelta....se avete un trucco sobrio sugli occhi, portate l'attenzione sulle labbra con dei colori vivaci ed intensi. Se invece avete osato molto sugli occhi, fate l'esatto contrario e lasciate le labbra naturali, con un rossetto chiaro oppure un semplice velo di gloss.

Il trucco pertanto deve essere sempre ben equilibrato per non compromettere la straordinaria regolarità del viso ovale. Se concentriamo l'attenzione su una parte, rendiamo sobrio tutto il resto.

Il viso armonioso e perfetto richiede pertanto un trucco armonioso e mai esagerato.

Come vedete, ci sono alcune zone del viso molto illuminate e chiare ed altre più scure. Gli occhi sono truccati ma non eccessivamente e sulle labbra un bel rosso acceso. 

LIPS MAKE UP:

TRUCCO BASE PER OCCHI VERDI - BASIC GREEN EYES MAKE UP

Vediamo ora qualche piccolo consiglio per truccare gli occhi verdi...

OMBRETTI BRILLANTI ED OPACHI - SHINY OR MATTE LIPSTICKS

Di rossetti ne vediamo tantissimi, di ogni marca, di ogni prezzo e di ogni colore. Credo lo sappiate tutte, che al giorno d'oggi ci sono sono alcune case cosmetiche che per un solo rossetto propongono anche 50 tonalità differenti....se non di più.

Troviamo rossetti nelle profumerie, nei supermercati, nei discount, nei negozi di cosmetici e bene o male si assomigliano sempre tantissimo tra di loro.

Una cosa però non sempre ci è ben chiara: che finish hanno i rossetti? Quale dobbiamo scegliere e per quale occasione? Quali sono le sostanziali differenze?

Ebbene i rossetti si dividono in due categorie: quelli brillanti, lucidi, satinati e quelli opachi.

ROSSETTO LUCIDO BRILLANTE SATINATO:

Sono senza dubbio i rossetti più diffusi ed utilizzati. Donano un aspetto luminoso alle labbra, sono molto morbidi e sono composti da particelle che riflettono la luce.

PRO

• Sono molto cremosi, luminosi, idratano molto le labbra
• Donano volume alle labbra sottili 
• Si possono utilizzare sia di giorno che di sera
• Sono ideali per un make up da sera o da festa
• Illuminano il viso e donano un aspetto fresco e giovane
• Se ne trovano tantissimi in ogni tonalità 

CONTRO

• Non hanno una lunga durata
• Bisogna ripetere l'applicazione dopo un paio di ore od anche prima a seconda delle labbra
• Tendono a sbavare
• Meglio optare per rossetti di qualità
• Non sono adatti se avete pieghe sulle labbra perchè si noterebbero tantissimo, per il medesimo motivo si consigli di usarli la sera, quando le luci minimizzano questo difetto

ROSSETTO OPACO:

I rossetti opachi sono da prediligere quando abbiamo bisogno di un prodotto coprente, che non sbavi e che soprattutto abbia una lunga durata.

Se vogliamo un rossetto che non venga via durante un pranzo, che duri per una riunione di lavoro o per un evento particolare dobbiamo scegliere questa tipologia di rossetto.

PRO:

• Sono molto coprenti
• Hanno una lunga durata

CONTRO:

• Seccano molto le labbra pertanto sono in linea di massima sconsigliati a chi ha spesso le labbra screpolate.
• Bisogna idratare le labbra con un balsamo prima di procedere con l'applicazione

SHINY LIPSTICKS:

They are without doubt the most popular lipsticks. They give a bright look to the lips, are very soft and are composed of particles that reflect light.

PROS:

• They are very creamy, bright, very moisturize lips 
• Give volume to thin lips 
• They can be used both day and night 
• They are ideal for a make-up or evening party 
• Light up your face and give it a fresh and young look 
• They are found in many shades

CONS:

• They don't have a long life 
• You have to repeat the application after a couple of hours or even earlier depending on the lips 
• They tend to drool 
• Better to opt for quality lipsticks 
• They are not suitable if you have wrinkles on the lips because you would notice much, for the same reason it is recommended to use them in the evening when the lights minimize this defect

MATTE LIPSTICKS:

The matte lipsticks are best when we need a covering product, which does not drool and above all have a long life. 

If you want a lipstick that does not come off during a lunch, which lasts for a business meeting or for a special event we have to choose this type of lipstick.

PROS:

• They are very opaque 
• They have a long duration

CONS:

• Very dry lips are therefore in principle not recommended for those who often have chapped lips. 
• You have to moisturize your lips with a balm before proceeding with the application

Questi sono naturalmente dei consigli generali, ciascuna può utilizzare il rossetto che vuole, quando vuole e del colore che vuole....io adoro i rossetti matte, ma avendo le labbra secche li utilizzo solo in determinate occasioni.

DIVERSI MODI DI APPLICARE L'OMBRETTO - DIFFERENT WAYS TO APPLY EYESHADOW

Vediamo i principali metodi per applicare l'ombretto, specialmente le zone dove utilizzare le tonalità più scure.

OMBRETTO CHIARO PER CREARE PUNTI LUCE:

In queste zone bisogna creare luminosità pertanto dobbiamo applicare un ombretto chiaro perlato che ci aiuti ad illuminare l'occhio.

Le zone dove bisogna creare punti luce sono tre e precisamente l'angolo interno, al centro della palpebra mobile e sotto l'arcata sopraccigliare.

OMBRETTO SULL'ANGOLO ESTERNO ED ESTERNO:

Con questa tecnica invece creiamo un effetto di occhio rotondeggiante, simile ad un arco, intensificando la parte esterna e quella interna e creando un punto luce al centro della palpebra.

Rende l'occhio più armonioso.

CODINA DA GATTO SULL'ANGOLO ESTERNO:

Ideale per camuffare gli occhi sporgenti o per avere un look più intenso.

La codina rende l'occhio più affusolato e dona uno sguardo felino.

Per essere precise bisogna utilizzare un pennellino angolato per delinearne la forma e poi riempirla con il nostro ombretto.

Ideal for camouflaging bulging eyes or to have a more intense look.

CORREGGERE GLI OCCHI PICCOLI E GRANDI CON IL MAKE UP - LITTLE AND BIG EYES MAKE UP CORRECTIONS

Quando si parla di make up, in particolar modo del trucco degli occhi, sappiamo che ci sono diversi modi di sfumare l'ombretto oppure di applicare la matita.

Nonostante sembri un procedimento semplice, ci sono alcune regole di base che possono aiutarci nel scegliere sia come sfumare l'ombretto sia quali colori utilizzare al fine di valorizzare al meglio il nostro sguardo.

Oggi parliamo del trucco per correggere gli occhi piccoli e gli occhi grandi, che non devono essere assolutamente considerati dei difetti, ma una caratteristica che ci contraddistingue.

TRUCCO PER OCCHI PICCOLI:

Se abbiamo gli occhi piccoli, dobbiamo sempre scegliere dei colori luminosi e perlati, che riflettendo la luce fanno apparire gli occhi più grandi.

L'ombretto deve essere sfumato verso l'alto. Questo accorgimento già da solo ingrandisce l'occhio.

I colori più chiari vanno stesi sulla palpebra mobile, quelli di media intensità sono perfetti per ombreggiare la piega dell'occhio e quelli scuri per intensificare l'angolo esterno.

Sono sconsigliate tutte le tonalità molto scure ed opache, più difficili da sfumare.

Sulla rima inferiore applicare sempre una matita chiara, meglio se nel colore avorio o panna. Per quanto riguarda la rima superiore, la matita può essere utilizzata partendo dalla seconda metà dell'occhio e si raccomanda un tratto sottile.

Perfetto l'utilizzo delle ciglia finte e l'uso del mascara sia nelle ciglia inferiori che superiori, insistendo soprattutto sul lato esterno.

LITTLE EYES MAKE UP:

If you have small eyes, you must always choose bright colors and pearl, reflecting the light that make the eyes appear larger.

Esempio di trucco per far sembrare gli occhi più grandi

TRUCCO PER OCCHI GRANDI: 

Per questo tipo di occhi, bisogna puntare sul gioco delle ombre e dei contrasti in modo tale da ridimensionare l'occhio.

Sull'angolo interno sono da preferire degli ombretti chiari, sfumati leggermente per donare luminosità. Con un ombretto più scuro, il marrone è l'ideale, bisogna contornare tutto l'occhio e sfumare bene affinchè il marrone si fonda perfettamente con il colore più chiaro senza però coprirlo.

Prestiamo molta attenzione a non sfumare verso l'alto l'ombretto, ma restiamo sulla palpebra mobile e muoviamoci verso l'esterno dell'occhio.

La matita va applicata sulla rima inferiore e superiore sia all'interno che all'esterno.

In questo caso il mascara deve essere applicato solo sulle ciglia superiori.

Esempio di trucco per far sembrare gli occhi più piccoli

BIG EYES MAKE UP:

For this type of eyes, we need to focus on the game of the shadows and contrasts in such a way to resize the eye.

Quando si deve truccare una pelle scura, ci sono alcuni accorgimenti da tenere in considerazione.

TRUCCO DEL VISO:

Sul viso bisogna giocare sul contouring con una terra molto scura per ravvivare l'aspetto dell'incarnato oppure bisogna fare l'opposto andando ad illuminare e mettere in risalto alcune parti del viso.

Il correttore deve essere sempre aranciato in quanto queste carnagioni tendono ad avere un aspetto grigiastro e spento.

Basta il solo correttore applicato nelle zone critiche (occhiaie, labbra, mento e tempie) ed un fondotinta molto scuro per restituire un aspetto fresco e luminoso.

Come blush possono essere utilizzati quasi tutti i colori....quelli intensi e carichi stanno benissimo alle donne di colore.

Da evitare naturalmente quelli neutri e a base chiara.

FACE MAKE UP:

Via libera quindi a tutti i colori preferibilmente intensi e caldi.

EYES MAKE UP:

TRUCCO DELLE LABBRA:

TRUCCO PER OCCHIALI - EYEGLASSES MAKE UP

Oggi ho creato questo trucco, che può essere realizzato ogni giorno sotto i nostri occhiali da vista.

Passiamo un velo di illuminante sia sotto l'arcata sopraccigliare sia sugli zigomi.

La scelta del fondotinta é fondamentale per una buona riuscita del nostro make up, pertanto bisogna sempre prestare molta attenzione quando dobbiamo comprarne uno.

Ci sono diversi fattori che dobbiamo considerare prima di acquistare questo prodotto.

• Per prima cosa dobbiamo valutare il nostro tipo di pelle ed anche la stagione dell'anno. In inverno sia per piccoli inestetismi ed irritazioni causati dalle temperature fredde e rigide, sia per un pallore dell'incarnato, dobbiamo optare per un fondotinta con maggiore coprenza che nasconda le imperfezioni e doni un colorito più sano alla pelle del nostro viso. D'estate possiamo puntare su un prodotto più leggero, soprattutto se abbiamo la pelle già abbronzata. Se siamo giovanissime possiamo utilizzare senza problemi una BB Cream od una CC Cream di ultima generazione, che illuminano e donano un colore naturale alla pelle, minimizzando i difetti.

          Com'è la nostra pelle?

• PELLE GRASSA, MISTA ED IMPURA : per questo tipo di pelle sono da prediligere i fondotinta minerali ed i fondotinta compatti con una buona coprenza ed un effetto opacizzante.
• PELLE SECCA:  per chi ha problemi di pelle secca è da preferire un prodotto in crema con un alto potere idratante.
• PELLE NORMALE: in questo caso si consiglia l'utilizzo di fondotinta fluidi o liquidi.

Per capire qual'è il nostro sottotono è sufficiente indossare davanti ad uno specchio dei vestiti differenti: se ci donano colori quali il fuxia, il blu ed il verde abbiamo di sicuro un sottotono freddo, altrimenti potete sempre usare il metodo classico del colore delle vene. Se le vene appaiono verdi il sottotono è caldo se tendono al blu il sottotono è freddo.

Questo particolare ci aiuterà per scegliere qualsiasi prodotto di make up.

Un altro accorgimento è quello di testare il fondotinta direttamente sul mento o sulla mandibola per verificare eventuali distacchi di colore con il collo. Non dimentichiamoci che le luci dei negozi spesso sono fuorvianti per cui bisognerebbe guardare il prodotto sotto la luce naturale.

SATIN FINISH EYESHADOW

They are ideal for light eyes and are perfect to create delicate and elegant shades. 

They are great to combine with matt eyeshadows to create points of light and brightness to give the trick. 

They are easy to blend and they have the characteristic of not highlight any defects of the skin. 

Can be used at any age.

OMBRETTI DAL FINISH SHIMMER O PERLATO

Gli ombretti shimmer contengono un'altissima percentuale di pigmenti che catturano e riflettono la luce donando una luminosità intensa allo sguardo.

Sono ideali per creare make up intensi sugli occhi, oppure per realizzare punti luce sotto l'arcata sopraccigliare, davanti al condotto lacrimale oppure al centro della palpebra mobile.

Essendo molto appariscenti si consiglia sempre di abbinarli con ombretti opachi per non rendere il trucco troppo pesante, a meno che non sia proprio questo l'effetto che vogliamo creare.

Sono sconsigliati per chi porta gli occhiali per il semplice fatto che riflettendo la luce potrebbero creare riflessi fuorvianti e non valorizzare il trucco sotto alle lenti.

SHIMMER OR PEARLY FINISH EYESHADOW

METALLIC FINISH EYESHADOW

2. TONALITA' MEDIE. ideali per essere sfumate nella piega dell'occhio e per creare zone d'ombra
3. TONALITA' SCURE: perfette per intensificare qualsiasi make up e per creare smokey eyes, ovviamente nelle mani più esperte. Per chi ha meno esperienza si consiglia di iniziare con delle tonalità sul marrone, lasciando da parte il nero fino a quando non si avrà più dimestichezza con le sfumature.

Hanno la caratteristica di essere ideali per le pelli mature perchè non vanno ad evidenziare i problemi della pelle, come rughe o segni d'espressione.

MATT FINISH EYESHADOW
