URBAN DECAY SMOKED PALETTE DUPES - PALETTE ECONOMICHE SIMILI ALLA SMOKED DI URBAN DECAY

Oggi finalmente riesco a dedicare qualche momento al mio hobby preferito, il make up, nonostante il mio pensiero fisso sia la ricerca di un lavoro che a quanto pare non esiste o che nessuno vuole darmi.

Mille colloqui, mille promesse, mille illusioni ma chissà perchè tutti quanti spariscono nel triangolo delle bermude e non si fanno più sentire. E qui ribadisco il concetto: prima di promettere e parlare collegate il cervello!!!!!

Se qualche ragazza si trova nelle mie condizioni si faccia viva, così possiamo lamentarci e consolarci a vicenda. Giorno dopo giorno aumenta il senso di frustrazione :-(

Cambiamo argomento e parliamo di tre palette molto molto simili tra loro.

La prima è la Smoked di Urban Decay, acquistata quando navigavo in acque decisamente più calme!!!!!!

Come ben sapete i prodotti di Urban Decay sono di ottima qualità ed i loro ombretti sono davvero molto famosi, basta pensare alle intramontabili palette Naked.

Change the subject and talk about three palettes very very similar. 

The first is the Smoked by Urban Decay, bought when I was surfing in waters much calmer!! 

As you well know Urban Decay products are of excellent quality and their eyeshadows are very famous, just think of the ever-popular Naked palette.

Questa palette contiene 10 ombretti di cui 4 sono opachi e tutti gli altri sono brillanti. Il tutto accompagnato da una matita per gli occhi di colore nero.

I colori sono molto interessanti, ma preferisco utilizzarli in autunno oppure in pieno inverno.

Non li trovo adatti all'estate proprio per la serietà dei colori stessi, ma comunque sono davvero strepitosi.

Inoltre come ben sapete sono prodotti davvero molto cari, per cui visto l'andamento delle cose nel nostro paese preferisco optare per alternative più economiche ma altrettanto valide.

This palette contains 10 eyeshadows, 4 of which are opaque and all the others are brilliant. All accompanied by a pencil for the eyes black. 

The colors are very interesting, but I prefer to use them in the fall or winter. 

I do not find them suitable for the summer because of the seriousness of the colors themselves, but are really sensational. 

In addition, as you well know products are really expensive, so given the trend of things in our country prefer to opt for cheaper alternatives but equally valid.

La prima che vi presento come alternativa alla Smoked di Urban Decay è la Smokin Palette di Mua.

Al suo interno troviamo sempre 10 ombretti, di cui 4 opachi e gli altri brillanti.

E guarda caso troviamo pure una matita nera per gli occhi.

I colori sono molto pigmentati e scriventi, magari un pochino polverosi, ma se penso al modico prezzo è davvero favolosa come alternativa a quella di Urban Decay.

Come vedete i colori sono praticamente identici. Il rapporto qualità prezzo dei prodotti Mua, soprattutto degli ombretti direi che è molto ottimo. Questa palette costa all'incirca 6 euro, poi dipende dove viene acquistata. All'estero costa sempre meno rispetto all'Italia. Viviamo proprio in un paese che aiuta i suoi cittadini eh????

As you can see the colors are practically identical. The value of the products Mua, especially eyeshadows I would say that is very good. This palette costs around € 6, then it depends on where it is purchased. Abroad is always cheaper than in Italy. We are living in a country that helps its citizens eh??

Passiamo ora all'ultima palettina degna sostituta della Smoked.

Questa palette viene prodotta dal brand low cost inglese MakeUp Revolution e devo ammettere che inizio davvero ad apprezzare questi prodotti, non solo per il prezzo economico, ma per la qualità che per chi cerca prodotti non professionali è davvero ottima.

Si chiama Hot Smoked, al contrario delle precedenti non è dotata di matita nera (ma direi che è irrilevante) e contiene 12 ombretti invece di 10.

I primi colori sono praticamente identici.

We now come to the last palette worthy replacement for the Smoked. 

This palette is produced by the english low cost brand MakeUp Revolution and I must admit I really start to appreciate these products, not only for the cheap price, but for the quality because if  you are looking for non professional make up is really good. 

It's called Hot Smoked, in contrast to earlier is not equipped with black pencil (but I would say that it is irrelevant) and contains 12 eye shadows instead of 10. 

The first colors are virtually identical.

REVIEW MAKEUP REVOLUTION PALETTE DAY TO NIGHT

Mi sono presa alcuni giorni di tempo per testare meglio questa palette di Makeup Revolution.

Si chiama Day to night e al suo interno propone dodici ombretti dal finish misto, per poter realizzare make up da giorno e da sera.

I took a few days to better test this palette by Makeup Revolution. 

It's called Day to night and inside offers twelve shadows from the finish mixed, in order to carry make-up for day and evening.

Troviamo colori opachi, perlati e brillanti in giusto equilibrio. Sono scriventi e non troppo polverosi, con un primer durano tutto il giorno e non finiscono nelle pieghe.

We find matte colors, pearl and shimmer in proper balance. They are writers and not too dusty, with a primer they last all day and not end up in the folds.

Gli ombretti sono suddivisi in 6 tonalità chiare perfette per un trucco da giorno e 6 tonalità più scure per un make up da sera più intenso e sexy.

The eyeshadows are divided into 6 bright colors perfect for a day makeup and 6 darker shades for a more intense and sexy evening make-up.

Come si vede dall'immagine sono colori piuttosto chiari. Un bianco, un crema, due tonalità di rosa, un oro ed un lilla.

As you can see from the image colors are rather clear. One white, one cream, two shades of pink, one gold and one lilac.

Vediamo ora quelli più scuri

Abbiamo un marrone, un viola intenso molto bello, un altro marrone più scuro, un grigio perlato, un petrolio ed un turchese che a seconda della luce tende al verde smeraldo.

We have one soft brown, a deep purple very nice, another darker brown, a gray pearl, a teal and a turquoise  that depending on the light tends to emerald green shade.

Come penso di aver già detto alcune volte sono prodotti low cost, questa palette costa intorno ai 5 euro ma la qualità è molto buona se non siete alla ricerca di cosmetici per uso professionale.
Potete portala con voi in viaggio, non occupa molto spazio e con questi 12 colori potete davvero creare moltissimi look.

As I have already said several times these products are low cost, in fact this palette costs around 5 Euros but the quality is very good if you are looking for cosmetics for not professional use. 
You can take it with you on the go, doesn't occupy much space and with these 12 colors you can really create a lot of looks.

MAKEUP REVOLUTION ACID BRIGHTS PALETTE VS SLEEK

Ecco un' altra palette del nuovo brand low cost Makeup Revolution.
Si chiama Acid Brights palette e contiene 12 ombretti con dei colori acidi e brillanti.
Lo stesso brand ha prodotto anche una palette di colori acidi opachi....

Here's another palette by new low cost brand Makeup Revolution.

Ebbene si, ha molto in comune con un'altra palette del brand Sleek....sempre di colori acidi.

Come per miracolo i colori sono identici!!!!! 

Quelli di Sleek risultano leggermente più scriventi ed intensi, ma ho provato due modi differenti nell'applicare gli ombretti.

I colori sono belli, ma un po' difficili da portare....a parte i blu bisogna studiare degli abbinamenti a regola d'arte per non sembrare un'artista da circo!!!!!!

Se amate questi colori e se avete una personalità piuttosto eccentrica potete scegliere tranquillamente una di queste palette!!!!!!

Miraculously the colors are very similar!!!!!!

REVIEW PALETTE ABSOLUTE NUDE BY CATRICE

Se amate gli ombretti nude, le palette pratiche da portare sempre con voi in borsetta e non avete molti soldini da spendere questa fa al caso vostro.

Viene prodotta da Catrice e si chiama Absolute Nude. Come vedete contiene 6 ombretti più l'applicatore.

Gli ombretti sono molto validi e come dico spesso non serve avere una palette da 120 ombretti per poter realizzare un buon trucco.

Potete scegliere tra tonalità chiare e scure creando diversi effetti.

It is produced by Catrice and is called Absolute Nude. As you can see contains 6 eye shadows and the applicator.

They have a good writing effect and with a primer quietly last all day.

Al suo interno troviamo ben 100 ombretti, tutti brillanti e con differenti tonalità: champagne, rosa, lilla, viola, verde, azzurro, blu, grigio, marroni.....praticamente una vastissima scelta.

Oltre ad essere molto pigmentati, questi ombretti sono di una piacevole cremosità, sono morbidi e facili da sfumare. Non sono molto polverosi e si possono creare davvero tantissimi look.

Possono essere utilizzati anche come eyeliner bagnando leggermente il pennellino apposito.

Se amate in particolar modo i verdi, i viola ed i marroni, vi garantisco che sono meravigliosi.

Avevo acquistato questa palette un po' di tempo fa perchè ne avevo sentito parlare abbastanza bene da altre ragazze sul web.

In realtà, a parte la sorpresa iniziale, sono rimasta parecchio delusa.

I bought this palette a little 'time ago because some girls said it was very nice.
Really apart from the initial surprise, I was quite disappointed.

Ci sono tantissimi colori, in diverse tonalità, ma non sono affatto scriventi, per cui non si riesce a realizzare un buon trucco, nemmeno utilizzando una buona base.

Essendo ombretti opachi, ho deciso di utilizzarli per le sfumature nella piega dell'occhio, ma anche qui non sono il massimo.

Il mio consiglio personale è quindi di prestare attenzione quando acquistate queste palette con moltissimi colori.

There are many colors, in different shades, but they are not writers, so you can not make a good trick, even using a good base.

Oggi vi parlo di questa palettina di MUA, dal nome Popstatic.

Come tutte le palette di MUA contiene 12 ombretti, molto morbidi al tatto, cremosi e che si sfumano con facilità.

Gli ombretti sono molto pigmentati e scrivono benissimo.

Come si vede dalla scatola è una palette molto estiva con colori che ci ricordano gli splendidi tramonti sul mare.

Review Palette Pupa Collezione Navy Chic

Nella primavera del 2014 Pupa Milano ha lanciato la collezione in edizione limitata Navy Chic, una collezione molto particolare dedicata alle tonalità del blu, del giallo, del marrone e dell'azzurro che ci riportano inevitabilmente al mare ed ai suoi colori.

In questa collezione sono uscite 3 palettine da 5 ombretti ciascuna, quattro ombretti in stick, due eyeliner, 3 rossetti, 2 blush e 6 smalti differenti.

Ora vi mostro le tre palettine




In the spring of 2014 Pupa Milano has launched the limited edition collection Chic Navy, a very special collection dedicated to the shades of blue, yellow and brown that bring us inevitably to the sea and its colors. 

In this collection came out 3 spoons 5 eyeshadows each four eyeshadow sticks, two eyeliners, 3 lipsticks, blush 2 and 6 different glazes. 

Now I show you the three palette.

I colori sono tutti molto eleganti e nelle tonalità del blu e del marrone, che ricordano appunto i colori del mare e della spiaggia stessa.

Contengono 5 ombretti della linea Vamp, con finish matt, satinato e metallico.

I colori sono perfettamente abbinabili tra loro e hanno una consistenza morbida e cremosa.

Il costo si aggira intorno ai 16.00 euro.

Alcuni colori sono molto scriventi e pigmentati altri un po' meno.

The colors are all very elegant in shades of blue and brown, are a reminder of the colors of the sea and the beach itself.

The colors are perfectly matched to each other and have a soft, creamy texture.

Per quanto riguarda i blush invece sono due tonalità. una sul rosa ed una sull'arancio che vogliono ricordare i coralli.

Stesso discorso per i tre rossetti.

Gli smalti sono proposti nelle tonalità del giallo limone, dell'azzurro, del blu, del corallo e del rosso.

Gli eyeliner sono in due tonalità, un blu elettrico ed un azzurro, mentre gli ombretti in stick (Matic Stylo) hanno tonalità che ricordano la spiaggia (un golden rose, un taupe, un bianco ed un azzurrino).

E' una linea carina, ma non indispensabile a mio parere personale.

Se avete in casa palette con più colori, tipo quelle di Frauelin38 o di Zoeva, potete ricreare gli stessi make up per lo meno sugli occhi.

Regarding blush instead are two shades. pink and orange corals that they want to remember. 

Same goes for the three lipsticks. 

The glazes are offered in shades of lemon yellow, blue, blue, coral and red.

Vi rubo giusto qualche minuto per presentarvi una delle quattro palette di Zoeva, uscite da pochissimo sul mercato.

Si tratta di una palette di ombretti naturali che mi è piaciuta non appena l'ho vista.

Review palette Galaxy Chic by Bh Cosmetics

Oggi parliamo di un'altra palette, questa volta della casa cosmetica Bh Cosmetics.

E' il solo prodotto che ho provato di questo brand e mi sono trovata molto bene.

Si può acquistarla direttamente sul sito della casa madre, oppure qui in Italia potete acquistarla su Ebay.

Io l'ho comprata sul sito di Madame Cosmetics, negozio online italiano, ma al momento non è più disponibile.

Today we talk about another palette, this time of Bh Cosmetics. 

It 's the only product that I've tried of this brand and I really enjoyed it. 

You can purchase it from the home brand site or here in Italy you can buy it online on Ebay.

I've bought the palette on the site of Madame Cosmetics Italian online store, but at the moment is no longer available.

E' una palette molto originale, ispirata ai pianeti del sistema solare. Si presenta in una scatolina di colore lilla-viola, con raffigurate due astronaute naturalmente truccate ;-)
Sul retro sono indicate scadenza, composizione e quantità di prodotto.

It 'a very original palette inspired by the planets of the solar system. It comes in a box of lilac-purple, with depicts two women astronauts, obviously rigged ;-)

On the back are indicated deadline, composition and quantity of product.

Come si legge sul fronte della palette, contiene 18 ombretti cotti, ciascuno dei quali riporta il nome di un pianeta.

Questo di certo la rende molto innovativa, giovane e simpatica.

As you can read on the front of the palette contains 18 baked eyeshadows, each of which has the name of a planet. 

This certainly makes it very innovative, young and nice.

I colori sono bellissimi e come tutti gli ombretti cotti, possono essere utilizzati sia asciutti che bagnati.

Bagnandoli avremo dei colori più intensi e brillanti.

Con un primer hanno un'ottima durata e ve li consiglio, qualora amiate questo genere di ombretti.

Gli ombretti cotti sono molto particolari e non tutte si trovano bene.

The colors are beautiful and like all baked eyeshadows can be used wet or dry. 

If we wet them we'll have more intense colors and shiny. 

With a primer have a great life and I recommend them, if you love this kind of eye shadow. 

The baked eyeshadows are very particular and not all girls love them.

1. Ecco i primi 6 colori della palette. Partendo da sinistra abbiamo Sun, Jupiter, Prometheus, Aphrodite, Milky Way, Cosmic.
2. Sun: un rosa con riflessi dorati molto bello e luminoso ( mi ricorda l'oro rosa di Neve Cosmetics che è fuori produzione da tempo)
3. Jupiter: il classico rosa
4. Prometheus: un rosa antico con dei riflessi malva
5. Aphrodite: un rosa acceso scuro, che si avvicina al cranberry di Mac
6. Milky Way:  un lilla molto brillante
7. Cosmic: un lilla chiaro con delicati riflessi argentati, con un sottotono più freddo rispetto a Milky Way.

1. Here are the top 6 colors of the palette. Starting from the left we have Sun, Jupiter, Prometheus, Aphrodite, Milky Way, Cosmic. 
2. Sun: pink with a golden light very nice (reminds me the pink gold of Italian Neve Cosmetics that has been discontinued for some time) 
3. Jupiter: the classic pink 
4. Prometheus: a dusty pink with mauve reflections 
5. Aphrodite: a bright pink, dark which is similar to Mac cranberry
6. Milky Way: a very bright lilac 
7. Cosmic: a delicate pale lilac with silver highlights, with an undertone colder than the Milky Way.

1. Andiamo avanti con gli altri 6 colori. Saturn, Venus, Meteor, Comet, Earth, Neptune.
2. Saturn: un oro con qualche riflesso rosato, che cambia a seconda della luce. Semberebbe quasi un duochrome. 
3. Venus. un arancione brillante per chi vuole azzardare un trucco più acceso sugli occhi
4. Meteor: un bianco argentato
5. Comet: un verde acqua che non rende benissimo in foto, ma è davvero splendido
6. Earth: un azzurro intenso
7. Neptune: un blu spettacolare

2. Saturn: a gold with some pink reflection, which changes depending on the light. It has a duochrome effect. 
3. Venus: a bright orange for those who want to try a spectacular trick on the eyes 
4. Meteor: a silver-white 
5. Comet: a green water that does not do very well in the picture, but it's really beautiful 
6. Earth: an intense blue 
7. Neptune: a spectacular blue

E' una palette molto pratica, con colori che possono servire sia per un trucco da giorno sia da sera.

L'ideale per non rendere il trucco troppo pesante o scintillante sarebbe quello di sfumarli con degli ombretti opachi, ma questo già lo sapete.

Parliamo di un'altra palette di Mua (Make Up Academy), la splendida Britain and Ireland Next Top Model Palette.

Si presenta in una confezione nera compatta, robusta, elegante e perfetta da portare in viaggio.

Al suo interno troviamo un pratico e comodo specchio nonchè i soliti applicatori in spugna.

Quantità ed ingredienti sono come sempre indicate sul retro della confezione.

It comes in a black box compact, rugged, stylish and perfect for travel. 

Inside there is a practical and convenient mirror as well as the usual sponge applicators. 

Quantities and ingredients are always indicated on the back of the palette.

Questa palette contiene 28 ombretti con finish sia matt che shimmer, una terra, un blush ed un illuminante.

Alcuni colori sono molto scriventi e pigmentati, con una consistenza morbida e cremosa. Altri sono più secchi e polverosi, un po' più difficili da sfumare.

Nel complesso tutti i colori sono portabilissimi e sono ideali per creare look sia per il giorno sia per la sera.

I colori più scuri tendono ad essere più scriventi rispetto a quelli più chiari, che risultano migliori per essere sfumati nella piega dell'occhio.

E' consigliato di utilizzare un buon primer prima di applicare gli ombretti.

Con una buona base durano tranquillamente più di otto ore.

This palette contains 28 eye shadows with a shimmer and matt texture, a bronzer, a blush and highlighter. 

Some colors are very pigmented and writers, with a soft, creamy texture. Others are more dry and dusty, a bit 'more difficult to blend. 

Overall, all the colors are wearable and are ideal to create looks for both day and evening. 

Darker colors tend to be more writers than lighter ones, which are best to be feathered in the crease of the eye. 

It's 'recommended to use a good primer before applying eye shadows.
