L'ITALIA OGGI - ITALY TODAY

Eccomi di nuovo qui....chiedo scusa per la mia assenza, ma ultimamente oltre ad essere impegnata a cercare un lavoro che non riesco a trovare malgrado 14 anni di esperienza, sono piuttosto infuriata e questo non sempre si concilia con la crescita e la cura di un blog dedicato al make up.

Non penso di essere la sola a vivere questo "incubo", ma quando si hanno dei figli piccoli da crescere il disagio aumenta notevolmente e con esso anche il senso di rabbia e di frustrazione.

I giovani non li assumono perchè non hanno esperienza, quelli con esperienza non li assumono perchè dovrebbero pagarli troppo, morale non assumono nessuno e pretendono di trovare giovani con esperienza.....magari decennale. Roba da matti.

E non si tratta solo di crisi. Il lavoro è calato, questo lo sappiamo tutti, ma il problema è ben più profondo.

Molte aziende se ne approfittano della situazione, cercando di sfruttare il personale e facendo lavorare le persone in condizioni pessime, altre sono in serie difficoltà e aspettano un aiuto oppure un segnale da un governo assente che pensa solamente al proprio benessere ignorando quello del paese, altre ancora si divertono a truffare i disoccupati e a prenderli in giro.

Bene, da Gennaio fino ad oggi, io mi sono imbattuta nell'ultima categoria. La peggiore direi.

Aziende che ti corteggiano, che ti promettono l'assunzione, che ti chiamano illudendoti e poi ad un passo dalla vittoria, spariscono.....come dei ladri, buttandoti nello sconforto più totale, senza darti nemmeno una spiegazione.

E non parlo di aziende fantasma, parlo di aziende rinomate, conosciute, con tanto di sede reale!!!!!!

Una cosa vergognosa. 

E sapete cosa vi dico?????

Che io sono stanca, stanca di tutto questo.

E non trovo giusto che una persona della mia età, sia costretta a lasciare il proprio paese, compresi due bambini, per andarsene lontano in cerca di opportunità che qui vengono puntualmente negate.

E perchè mi vengono negate? Per il semplice fatto di essere madre. 

E' una discriminazione, una cosa che non tollero più.

Ci siamo lasciati portare via tutto e dobbiamo aprire gli occhi e svegliarci.

Many companies if they take advantage of the situation, trying to take advantage of the staff and the people doing work in poor conditions, while others are in serious difficulties and expect a help or a signal from an absent government that thinks only about their own welfare while ignoring that of the country, other still fun to cheat the unemployed and tease.

Well, from January until today, I came across the last category. The worst I'd say.

Companies that are courting you, that promise you the assumption and then they call you to the brink of victory, they disappear ..... like thieves, making you in utter despair, even without giving an explanation.

And do not talk to ghost companies, I speak of well-known companies, known, complete with a royal seat!!

A shameful thing.

And you know what I say???

I'm tired, tired of all this.

And I do not think it is right that a person of my age, being forced to leave their country, including two children, to go far in search of opportunities here that are regularly denied.

And 'discrimination, one thing I do not tolerate any more.

We broke up and take away everything we have to open our eyes and wake up.

REVIEW CATRICE BB ALLROUND FOUNDATION 6 IN 1

Eccomi con una nuova recensione...ormai siamo in estate e ho pensato di testare una nuova BB Cream, più leggera del fondotinta e perfetta per la stagione calda.

E' una crema colorata di Catrice che come sempre promette "miracoli".

Nonostante non sia miracolosa, come texture e consistenza mi piace.

Here I am with a new review....now we're in summer and I thought I'd test out a new BB Cream, lighter than foundation and perfect for warm weather. 

It's a cream colored by Catrice which as always promises "miracles." 

Although it is not miraculous, but I like it for the texture and consistency.

Lascia la pelle morbida ed idratata, ma la sconsiglio per chi ha la pelle a tendenza grassa. In questo periodo dell'anno cercate di utilizzare dei fondotinta compatti, possibilmente opacizzanti e resistenti all'acqua ed al calore soprattutto.

Per chi, invece, come me, soffre di pelle molto secca, è un buon compromesso.

Leaves skin soft and moisturized, but not recommend for those with oily skin. At this time of year you try to use the compact foundations, possibly matting and particularly resistant to water and heat (use waterproof product).

For those who, like me, suffer from very dry skin, it is a good compromise.

E' pratica, comoda e si stende velocemente con le dita come qualsiasi crema idratante.

Io ho provato la colorazione chiara ed uniforma piuttosto bene l'incarnato. Il colore mi piace e rinfresca la pelle per un paio d'ore.

Visto il prezzo non elevatissimo, potete provarla tranquillamente, se siete curiose come me.

This BB Cream is practical, comfortable and spreads quickly with your fingers as any moisturizer. 

I tried the light color and evens out the complexion quite well. I like the color and refreshes the skin for a couple of hours. 

The price is not very high, so you can try it safely, if you're curious like me.

In questo periodo Catrice mi sta dando parecchie soddisfazioni, tra i brand low cost.

During this period, Catrice is giving me a lot of satisfaction among the low cost brand.

TRUCCO ISPIRATO ALLA PRINCIPESSA DISNEY JASMINE - PRINCESS DISNEY JASMINE MAKE UP INSPIRED

Ed ecco invece un trucco in stile orientale, ispirato dal cartone animato della Disney Aladin, in particolar modo dalla principessa Jasmine.

Per realizzare questo trucco ho usato esclusivamente prodotti della Kiko.

Gli ombretti sono i Kiko Water Eyeshadow.

And here was a trick in oriental style, inspired by the Disney cartoon Aladdin, Princess Jasmine in particular. 

To accomplish this trick I've used exclusively products of Kiko.

The eyeshadows are all by Kiko, they are the Water eyeshadow. You can use them wet or dry.

• Per prima cosa ho steso il primer su tutta la palpebra mobile ed anche sotto.
• Con la matita bianca di Kiko ho preparato la base per il trucco per far risaltare il colore degli ombretti.
• Sono partita stendendo un ombretto verde smeraldo ( che ricorda il vestito della principessa Jasmine) sulla palpebra mobile.
• Nella piega dell'occhio, ho utilizzato un ombretto ottanio che invece mi ricorda il colore dei capelli della principessa. Non ho utilizzato particolari sfumature, anzi è un trucco piuttosto semplice da realizzare e molto rapido.
• Nell'angolo interno ho creato un punto luce con il colore oro.
• Nella palpebra inferiore ho sfumato un bel viola.
• Nella rima inferiore dell'occhio ho utilizzato una matita di color verde petrolio, mentre nella rima superiore ho utilizzato un eyeliner dorato e glitterato.
• Mascara sia sulle ciglia inferiori sia su quelle superiori.

• First I laid out the primer on the entire eyelid and underneath. 
• With the white pencil Kiko I prepared the base for makeup to bring out the color of eye shadow. 
• I started drawing a emerald green eyeshadow (which recalls the dress of Princess Jasmine) on the upper eyelid. 
• In the crease of the eye, I used a teal eyeshadow instead reminds me the color of the hair of the princess. I have not used the particular nuances, rather it is a trick rather simple to implement and very fast. 
• I created the inner corner with a light gold color. 
• In the lower eyelid I have a beautiful purple gradient. 
• In the lower rim of the eye, I used a teal pencil, while in the upper rhyme I used a golden eyeliner with glitter. 
• Mascara is on the lower lashes on both the upper ones.

Spero che il trucco vi piaccia, anche se non è di certo un trucco da giorno, ma vi garantisco che è un make up d'effetto assicurato!!!!!!

I hope you enjoy the trick, although it is certainly not a makeup for everyday, but I guarantee you that it is a make-up effect guaranteed!!

KATNISS EVERDEEN (THE HUNGER GAMES- CATCHING FIRE) MAKE UP INSPIRED

Ieri ho provato a realizzare questo make up, ispirandomi alla protagonista di Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen, interpretata dalla bellissima Jennifer Lawrence.

Yesterday I tried to make this make up, inspired by the star of The Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen, played by the beautiful Jennifer Lawrence.

Ovviamente mi sono concentrata sul make up degli occhi ed ora vi mostro qualche foto.

Of course, I focused my attention on the make-up of the eyes and now I show you some pictures

Si tratta di un make up particolare, molto forte ed intenso, sui toni del rosso, per cui naturalmente non è portabilissimo, ma poichè mi è sempre piaciuto, ho provato a farlo ugualmente.
Vediamo come ho provato a creare questo look.

It's a very special make-up, very strong and intense in shades of red, so of course it is not very portable, but as I've always liked it, I tried to do the same. 
Let's see how I tried to create this look.

• Per prima cosa ho steso il primer su tutto l'occhio, dopo di che ho applicato sulla palpebra un ombretto chiaro opaco come base per il trucco
• Fatto questo, ho preso un ombretto arancione opaco e l'ho applicato su tutta la palpebra sfumandolo verso l'alto, verso l'esterno e nella piega dell'occhio
• Con un ombretto dello stesso colore ma brillante, ho ravvivato il make up, rendendolo più intenso
• Con un ombretto rosso brillante ed un rosso opaco, sono andata ad intensificare ulteriormente il trucco degli occhi.
• Con un pennellino angolato ed un ombretto nero opaco, ho tracciato una linea vicina alle ciglia superiori ed un'altra sotto, lasciando uno spazio vuoto verso la fine dell'occhio, che ho poi riempito con una matita bianca. Io ho utilizzato il Kajal bianco di Kiko.
• Con la stessa matita ho tracciato una linea all'interno della rima inferiore per illuminare lo sguardo ed ingrandire l'occhio e ho creato un punto luce nell'angolo interno.
• Con un eyeliner nero ho intensificato le linee tracciate prima con l'ombretto ed ho applicato il mascara sia nelle ciglia superiori che inferiori.
• Per terminare il trucco ho applicato dei glitter, tono su tono. Se volete potete provare con dei brillantini o strass.

• First I laid out the primer all over the eye, after which I applied a light matte eye shadow on the eyelid as a base for makeup
• That done, I took a matte orange eyeshadow and I applied over the entire eyelid fade it upward, outward and in the crease of the eye
• With an eye shadow of the same color but brilliant, I have rekindled the make up,  making it more intense
• With a bright red eyeshadow and a matte red, I went to further intensify the eye makeup.
• With an angled brush and a matte black eyeshadow , I drew a line close to the upper lashes and another one below , leaving an empty space at the end of the eye, which I then filled with a white pencil. I used the white Kajal by Kiko .
• With the same pencil I drew a line in the lower rim of the eye to brighten and enlarge the eye and I made a point of light in the inner corner .
• With a black eyeliner I stepped up the black lines and I applied mascara both in the upper and lower lashes .
• To finish I applied the glitter on makeup, tone on tone. If you want you can try with some glitter or rhinestones.

Ah dimenticavo, i colori che ho utilizzato sono interamente delle palette di Zoeva da 88 ombretti.

Oh I forgot, the colors I used are wholly in the Zoeva 88 eyeshadows palette.

LOOK DEL GIORNO COLORATO - TODAY'S COLORFUL MAKE UP

Questo è il look di oggi, molto luminoso e che non passa di certo inosservato.

Sugli occhi ho utilizzato una palette di Sleek, quella dei colori acidi.

Giallo, verde, azzurro e viola.....praticamente un cocorito!!!!!!

This is my today's look, very bright and so notable!!!!

On the eyes, I used a palette of Sleek, in acid colors.

Yellow, green, blue and purple ..... pretty much a parrot!!!!!

Sulle labbra un colore di Essence che sto testando.....e ve ne parlerò presto!!!!!
Presto arriveranno nuove recensioni, ma in questi giorni sono molto impegnata per trovarmi un lavoro....cosa praticamente impossibile, in Italia!!!!!!

REVIEW CATRICE DEFINING BLUSH

Questa sera vi parlo di due blush di Catrice, acquistati per caso, che mi piacciono tantissimo.

Si tratta dei famosissimi Defining Blush, approvati anche dalla mitica Clio.

Ho faticato tantissimo a trovarli e alla fine mi sono decisa ad acquistarli tempo fa, online.

This evening I talk about two Catrice blush, purchased by chance, which I loved so so much.

I struggled a lot to find them and at the end I decided to buy them online, time ago.

L'inci è veramente buono, quindi si può stare tranquille e visto il prezzo davvero basso merita davvero tanta attenzione.

E' un blush in polvere, molto morbido e setoso al tatto. Il packaging è essenziale ma molto carino, contiene 5 grammi di prodotto e la scadenza è di 12 mesi.

E' dermatologicamente testato, senza oli minerali ed è arricchito con vitamina E che come sapete nutre la pelle.

The ingredients are really good, then you can stay calm. The price is  really low and this product deserves so much attention. 
It's a  powder blush, very soft and silky to the touch. The packaging is basic but very cute, contains 5 grams of the product and the deadline is 12 months. These products are dermatologically tested, without mineral oils and is enriched with vitamin E that nourishes your skin as you know.

Io ho due tonalità, una sul rosa e l'altra arancione che ora vi mostro.

I have two shades, one pink and the other orange that now I show to you.

Sono molto scriventi e durano tantissimo, anche fino a 5 ore senza sbiadire.
Consigliatissimo!!!!!!! Un prodotto da non perdere assolutamente.....

They are very writers and last long so much, even up to 5 hours without fading.

TRUCCO COLOR CRANBERRY E NERO - CRANBERRY AND BLACK MAKE UP

Questo è un make up ispirato sempre dall'attrice kristen Stewart, realizzato esclusivamente con prodotti della Nyx.
Se avete gli occhi verdi provate a realizzarlo perchè il contrasto tra il colore dell'ombretto e quello dell'occhio metterebbe in risalto il vostro sguardo.


This is another make up inspired by actress Kristen Stewart, made ​​exclusively with products from Nyx. 
If you have green eyes try to make it because the contrast between the eyeshadow color and eye that would emphasize your look.

• Procedete come sempre applicando il primer su tutto l'occhio.
• Stendete sulla palpebra mobile un ombretto in crema di colore nero e sfumate benissimo verso l'esterno in modo che non si creino macchie di colore scuro.
• Nella piega dell'occhio sfumate un color marroncino, l'ideale sarebbe il color Caramello di Nabla
• Applicate ora con un pennellino piatto un ombretto color fragola tipo il Cranberry di Mac. In questo caso ho utilizzato il Rust della Nyx e devo dire che il risultato è ottimale.
• Ripetete il passaggio fino a quando il colore nero verrà ricoperto dall'altro colore.
• Nell'angolo esterno sfumate un grigio scuro brillante oppure con effetto metallico, insieme al fragola ed al nero. Devono essere sfumati molto delicatamente onde evitare pasticci.
• Nella palpebra inferiore sfumate il colore principale insieme al nero portandolo verso l'angolo esterno.
• Se volete intensificare lo sguardo tracciate una linea precisa di eyeliner nero oppure di matita (io non l'ho fatto).
• Mascara e per maggiore impatto utilizzate ciglia finte.

• Proceed as always applying the primer all over the eye.
• Roll on the eyelid a cream eye shadow in black and shaded very well to the outside so that you don't create patches of dark color.
• In the crease of the eye use a soft brown color, the ideal would be the color of Nabla named Caramel.
• Apply now with a flat brush a strawberry-colored eyeshadow similar to Mac Cranberry. In this case I used the Rust of Nyx and I have to say that the result is optimal.
• Repeat this step until the black color will be covered in the other color.
• In the outer corner shaded a dark gray or bright metallic effect, together with the strawberry and black. They must be very delicately shaded to avoid trouble.
• In the lower eyelid gradient along the main color to black taking it to the outer corner.
• If you want to enhance the look , draw a precise line of black eyeliner or pencil ( I haven't done).
• Mascara and false eyelashes used for greater impact.
